Educator Wellness
Enhancing Personal and Professional Well-being
- How do you measure up to surrounding districts?
- Make your school the place where everyone dreams of working!
- Show your educators you care about their wellness!
- Prevent retention issues and burnout!
By prioritizing self-care, educators can not only improve their own well-being but also create a more positive and supportive environment for their staff and students. Join us in this journey to break negative thought patterns, influence your environment positively, and be empowered to show up as your best and most authentic self.
In today’s demanding educational environment, where educators (all staff that interact with students) are asked to take on roles beyond their original scope, integrating wellness practices into daily routines is essential. Our courses are designed to provide educators with practical self-care strategies that can be implemented during the school day. These strategies focus on helping educators regulate their nervous systems, enabling them to stay present and grounded, energized, and effective in their roles.
All courses are interactive and provide the opportunity to connect with and learn from peers in education.
Topics included:
- Pause, Notice, Choose: Develop mindfulness techniques to enhance awareness and intentionality.
- Increase Positive Behaviors: Cultivate practices that lead to a more harmonious classroom and school atmosphere.
- Reduce Disciplinary Issues: Implement strategies that decrease the need for disciplinary actions.
- Manage Stress: Feel more satisfied, calm, equipped to handle challenging situations, and energized at the end of the day having more energy to bring home to your families and lives.
